In 2014, AFDEC conducted a survey amongst women owned fashion micro enterprises in Ikeja Local Government Area of Lagos State Nigeria.
The survey serves as a useful tool for government, private sector and social sector particularly AFDEC in implementing measurable programs such as skill acquisition projects, capacity building, create sustainable livelihood for poor women, who will in turned be empowered to earn a living, assist in sustaining their household, give quality education to their children and be economically useful to their nation and the Africa continent at large.
